Important Information
All Guests
We will not be selling tickets at the gate, and as such all guests must have purchased their tickets from our website in advance of their visit. We’ve updated our website to include all ticket offerings, and allow those wishing to use partner schemes such as Tesco Clubcard Reward Partner codes can do so online. Tickets can be printed, or shown on your phone upon arrival at Oakwood Theme Park.
Please be aware that it will not be possible to change the date of your visit once booked and tickets are non-refundable.
Disabled guests & free carer
All disabled guests require an appropriate ticket based on age from the options above. Disabled guests may be entitled to an accompanying free of charge carer, provided they are able to show accepted proof of entitlement upon arrival at Oakwood Theme Park to validate the free carer ticket. Our staff are trained not to assume disability and as such proof of entitlement is required in all cases. Accepted forms of entitlement are:
- Blue Badge
- Letter from a GP or Consultant stating the requirement for a carer
- A PIP or DLA award letter
- An Access Card showing the ‘Essential Companion’ symbol
Please note we do not accept bank statements showing PIP or DLA payments. Failure to provide an accepted proof of entitlement to validate a free carer ticket, will result in the charge of a full price Standard ticket being applied upon arrival.
Student Tickets
A Student Ticket is available for Guests aged 16+ in Further or Higher Education, provided they are able to show accept proof of entitlement upon arrival at Oakwood Theme Park to validate the Student ticket. Accepted forms of entitlement are;
- A valid student ‘TOTUM’ card
- A valid NUS card
- A valid UniDays membership
- A college or university issued ID card
Season & Annual Pass Holders
We have allowed sufficient space in our capacity for Season and Annual Pass holders to visit as often as they wish, without having to book dated tickets.
