Free Carer and Free Toddler Tickets
Whilst we continue to offer a free carer ticket for guests who are eligible and free toddler tickets for guests age 0-2 years, free carers and free toddlers do not contribute towards the minimum group size of 15 or more paying guests. Accepted forms of eligibility for guests wishing to be accompanied by a free carer can be found in our terms and conditions here.
Senior and Student Tickets
Please note we do not offer a Senior or Student Group Rate. Guests in this category are welcome to book their tickets outside of the group booking to achieve a better rate if they so wish, but will not contribute to the minimum group size of 15.
Opening Times
Times and dates vary throughout the year so please check our calendar before arranging your group visit.
Confirmation & Payment
Confirmation of final group numbers & full payment must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to your trip date. Any unused tickets will not be refunded within 72 hours of the trip or on the day of the trip.
